No Slums in Horsham Council Debates Town Hall Site
At the Horsham monthly meeting the council rejected slum conditions review and debated the proposed Town Hall site. A motion by Dr. Barnes to rescind the current site decision and move the project to May Park was postponed to the next meeting. Mayoral chair was Cr. L Hutchesson with councillors D Anderson J Barnes R J Wilmoth PF W Rodda W Smith L Bowden R Charles and J Mettadue present. Barnes returned after months of sickness absence.
