Tene Town Hall meeting reviews sewer and pipe contracts
The committee met at Tene Town Hall on November sth with Commissioners Barnes chairing and nine members present. Tenders for water works and sewer projects were opened and reviewed led by Mr Sharland. recommendations include contracts for pipes from Ballarat Pottery Co and Joseph Bradley for sewers, plus Peters Colac pumping station and Thompson’s Engineering Co pumping machinery. An error in addition is noted and may be corrected. final approvals to be sought from State Rivers and Water Supply Commission.
