Horsham leaders plan local Tourist Association
Present at the meeting were the Mayor Dr W B Lavrener and officials from Horsham Progress Association Horsham Chamber of Commerce and local groups. They outlined aims to form a Horsham Tourist Association to develop camping sites and attract visitors with potential government support and local management of camps. Representatives from many organizations were invited to appoint delegates for an inaugural February meeting.
