Youth fined for assault after drunken car incident
John Redmond, 18, was convicted of assault and resisting arrest in Horsham Court of Petty Sessions after a drunken incident in which he and an accomplice allegedly grabbed a woman in a car and threatened two others. He was fined £5 by Mr P Biggin. witnesses testified to identification and fear, with mixed opinions on intent.
