Waterworks Trust reviews Delville street extension and tower plans
The Waterworks Trust held its meeting on Tuesday with Com Wilmoth presiding. The State Rivers and Water Supply Commission approved a Delville street reticulation extension costing about £169 to be funded from trust revenue. The engineer to review a 1 inch service request, July receipts total £277 14, and 22 meters out of order. Learmonth presented a water tower design costing around £3000 for member consideration. accounts totaling £143 6 7 were approved.

The Australian Sheep Breeders Association show opened at Bourke street with wide Woolgrower representation from Western district Western districts and stations in Wimmera Riverina and South Australia. Merinos over 200 head met high standards though Barunah Plains failed to win grass feds amid drought. Yalla-y-poora won fine wool and other studs claimed top prizes in medium and strong wool divisions.
