It records selections to the Court of Assistants including Ashley Baker Bodicoate Cole Gruikshank Danvers Evans Finch Hays Lloyd Meyer Negus Oglethorpe Parsons Periam Revel Sanderson Thompson Townley Vander-Esch Watts Westby with marks for new members. Letters Patent appoint a Chief Justice for South Carolina and a Master of the Chancery, plus Provost Marshal and Clerk offices, to Thomas Lowndes and associates.
