The Historical Register notes the first reading of a bill forgiving naval import encouragement, and orders to lay before the House accounts of Bever skins and the South-Sea Stock. It records naturalization oaths for Kilmanfeth, later Leinfer, and parliamentary scrutiny of Navy debts and Treasury orders from 1711 to 1714.
