Exchequer Injunctions Overland in Sherlock and Annesley Case
The 1717 injunctions required Mrs Heffer Sherlock and tenants to restore possession of Little Rath Bodington Dar Mullenocky in County Aildare to Maurice Annesly. Lords of Ireland appointed a committee, Burrowes praised for integrity, fines for not returning the writ reduced to zero fees.
