Neepawa residents face an April 2 vote on enforcing the Manitoba Liquor Act. The Neepawa Press cites over 60 000 dollars in annual liquor sales and warns enforcement challenges, noting open violations and limited evidence collection. Supporters and opponents split, with License Benefit Holders Association mobilizing against the measure and temperance advocates divided. The Herald pledges to push for enforcement if the act passes.
