The report urges higher tax reserves and records a public meeting in October 1962 with Mayor Coombe's signature.
The Village of Hamiota calls a meeting of Electors on October 9, 1962 at the Municipal Hall to nominate two councillors and four school trustees for 1963 64. Nomination papers require a statutory declaration and treasurer certificate. If a poll is needed it will be October 19, 1962 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at listed locations.
