Community mourns death in two-vehicle crash near Regina

On Sept 14 Decker man Bill Little 65 died after a collision with a semi on the Trans Canada Highway near Regina. The semi carried horses, many of which were destroyed in the fiery crash. Little was a longtime horse enthusiast and racer. funeral held Sept 18 at Hamiota United Church.

RCMP seek help solving Cardale area thefts

The Hamiota RCMP seek public help for thefts from a vacant house north of Cardale between Aug 12 and Sept 16. Missing items include an oak dining room suite with eight chairs, a cedar chest, bedroom set, two rocking chairs and dish boxes. Call Hamiota Detachment at 764 2345 or Manitoba Crime Stoppers at 1 800 782 8477 for information and potential up to $2000 reward.
