Jack Miner the Bird Man to Lecture in Hamiota
Jack Miner, famed Bird Man, will give illustrated talks in Hamiota on Thursday October 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. He lives on a 200 acre Kingsville farm in Essex County and runs a brick yard, but devotes time to rescuing and feeding wild birds. He stamps birds with his name and Scripture and has become a popular, respected figure across Canada and the United States. Government aid totals fifty dollars a year, but his expenses are much higher.
