Studded tires now legal in Manitoba
WINNIPEG Motor vehicle branch of Manitoba Department of Highways and Transportation says studded tires may be used from October 1 to April 30 each year. Tires with studs may be placed on vehicles starting October 1 and must be removed by April 30.
