Fred McGuinness recalls Conrad Black as a brash, talented publisher who built Argus and acquired dailies in the UK and Jerusalem Post while clashing with rivals. He praises National Post but criticizes Blackism and legal battles. McGuinness notes Black’s bid for Lordship, citizenship disputes, and potential return as Lord Black.
