Proclamation Notice for Hamiota Electors Nomination Meeting
A notice from the Village of Hamiota sets a Nomination meeting for May and two councilors for 1962 63 and three school trustees for wards 1 2 and 3. Nomination papers require a statutory declaration and treasurer certificate. If a poll is needed it will be held October 20 1961 from 9 am to 5 pm at specified locations. A public ratepayer meeting is scheduled October 6 1961 at 8 pm in the Municipal Hall to discuss public affairs.
