On Sunday November 28 1926 Advent Sunday worships are held at Knox Oakner and Scotia United Churches Christ Church Anglican and Hamiota with morning and evening services and Sunday School. Rev T B Butler will conclude his incumbency at Christ Church Hamiota with a joint Corporate Communion service at 11 am and evening service at 7 pm. Oak River and Scotia hold afternoon and Sunday School sessions while Rev S A Martin leads Knox Church in Hamiota with morning service at 11 and evening service at 7. midweek Knox Church hosts November services. Scotia hosts Sunday School at 2 30 pm and a preaching service at 3 30 pm.
United churches host a morning service in Knox Church at 7 with the theme Battlements and a special offering for maintenance and extension. Corpus Christi group gatherings and Sunday School activities continue. attendance figures are noted.
