Foresters Hold Strong Hamiota Meeting and Initiation
A well attended Fort Hamiota Foresters of America meeting occurred Wednesday evening with over 50 members present for initiation. A whist drive followed, Wilfred Cochrane captured first prize, W E Wilson second, W B Lipertz consolation. Next meeting December 1 promises new officers and a special program. The annual Foresters At Home is planned for January.

Hamiota Moves to Form Hospital District by Referendum
Notice to ratepayers that the Village of Hamiota and Municipality of Hamiota seek creation of a Hospital Area. Plans include buying and enlarging The Hamiota General Hospital with a $6,000 annual budget, debentures of $1,166.67 issued by the Village, and a detailed debt schedule through 1936. Election set for December 21 1920 with results to be tallied December 22.
