Lavinia Home Economic Society Elects Officers at November Meeting
The Lavinia Home Economic Society held its annual meeting at Lavinia Store on November 6. Officers were elected for the coming year and Inspector J B Morrison delivered a fine address. The group thanked Mr. J Shayman for a Red Cross donation and planned a December 17 meeting at the store. They will pack a Xiac box for the Soldiers Convalescent Home at Winnipeg with fowl and butter, meeting to start at 2 pm.
