Jessie Morison died November 7, 1968 at Winnipeg General Hospital at 91. She was born in Scotland and was a Crandall pioneer. Survived by four sons, two daughters, eighteen grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren. Funeral at Crandall United Church with interment in Crandall Cemetery. McConnell Brothers Funeral Home, Hamiota in charge.
A double ring ceremony was held October 26 at 4 p.m. in Cardale United church for Audrey Bernice Waddell and Donald Edward Kirk. Rev. Holtzman officiated with Janet McTavish as organist and Sam Stewart as soloist. The couple will reside in Hamiota.
