Communion Service Timed For Last Sunday Each Month
Rev Sibley recalls the Pentecostal custom of monthly Communion at Hamilton Church. The service uses Bread and grape juice as symbols and emphasizes soul examination, prayer, praise, and remembrance of Christ’s atonement. It anticipates Christ’s return and views the gathering as a family moment in God’s presence.
