Stefanson announces new Manitoba Hydro and Builder Bond rates

Finance Minister Eric Stefanson announced Hydro Bonds Series 5 at 5 percent annually with a guaranteed minimum 5 percent for years two through five. Builder Bonds Series 1 2 3 now carry 5.5 percent minimum, while Series 4 is 7 percent minimum. sale runs May 21 to June 8 across Manitoba.
