Messengers Meet Messengers in Church Gathering
The group held a regular Monday meeting in the church with a sing song and Mrs. Cantelon reading the story. Mite boxes were collected from members. A grass fire behind Purdy's old garage was spotted last Thursday by Orville Davidson and a companion and extinguished before damage. Fire was likely from burning paper blown from a nearby incinerator. Hydro crews have been installing new street lights improving nighttime visibility.
