Parish festival shows youth talent and calls for action
Reverend McCrindle notes young people singing and playing instruments at the festival while parents and teachers attend. He urges readers to develop and use their own gifts, recalling the parable of the talents and warning that talent unused is talent wasted. The piece links musical effort to spiritual responsibility and asks what we will answer when Christ asks about our talents.
