Lieut Col. Stibbard of the Army Training Centre in Wiltshire visits Canada to study emigration for ex service men discharged from the Imperial army. The men have horse care, ploughing, livestock rearing and milking skills. Four men are placed in Hamiota district with local supervisors and a positive report could be published to influence more men.
