Blanshard Council holds seventh special meeting March 14 1991
The Rural Municipality of Blanshard held its seventh special meeting March 14 1991 in Oak River with Reeve Harvey English presiding. Council passed By Law 91-10 to lease agreements with the Province and heard two delegations.
