Blood donor clinic honors late Rob Buhler in Hamiota

A memorial Blood Donor Clinic for Rob Buhler will be held March 39 at Hamiota Collegiate. Canadian Blood Services will operate two sessions from 12 00 to 3 30 PM and 5 30 to 8 30 PM. Jackie Buhler spearheaded the effort, booking 159 appointments as CBS prepared to staff the event with potential walk ins welcome.

Huskies Alumni Game to Benefit Ill Baby Jamie Paterson

Hamiota Huskies plan an April 1 alumni game to celebrate the 1989-90 provincial title and raise funds for Jamie Paterson, infant son of former Husky Derek Paterson, who faces a severe heart defect and multiple medical bills.
