Miss Dorothy Bates was honored at a miscellaneous shower on Saturday evening March 14 at Oakner school. Easter Seal Services Grow to Aid Disabled Children
The Easter Seal Fund of Manitoba supports assessment and treatment for handicapped children including prosthetic equipment and transport. Costs for braces, wheelchairs, legs, and hearing aids are borne with donor help, aiding nearly a thousand youths this year as 3000 have benefited over 15 years.
