The Birdtail River School Division No 38 board met March 12 1981 at 1 00 p m in Crandall. Trustees present listed with apologies Bear. discussions covered correspondence funding schedules budgets wages and committees. Minutes approved February 26 1981 and various motions passed including hiring a part time teaching assistant and approving paper supply tender from Wyant Co Ltd. Meeting adjourned to March 26 1981 at 7 30 p m.

The U C W met at Mrs Lynas on March 5 with 11 members and one visitor. Devotion by Mrs C Johnson and Mrs N Argue focused on Mission and Service. Minutes approved. Correspondence from Rollingdale Workshop and thanks from Marilyn Anderson and the Angus family. Edith Radley noted in roll call. Hospital Aid report given by Mrs Ivan Routledge. Next meeting set for April 2 at Mrs Jas Routledge at 2 p.m. Adjournment moved by Mrs Stuart Riddell.
