Court Shrows Out Suit for Columbia Graphophone Receiver
New York reports that a Wilmington Delaware court denied the stockholders in Columbia Graphophone Manufacturing Co the request to appoint a receiver ending the action led by three stockholders not creditors. The ruling clears the way for a bankers led readjustment plan under development to stabilize the company. The Canadian plant is reportedly operating at full capacity and shipping products to the United States.
