Cloth Diapers in Manitoba Guides New Parents Choices
Manitoba Agriculture offers guidance on cloth versus disposable diapers and diaper services. The article compares costs and environmental impacts, listing pattern sources and local fabric stores. It notes cloth diaper benefits, fit considerations, and urges shopping around for discounts. It cites that 85 percent of Canadian babies used disposables in 1988 and discusses environmental concerns and landfill impacts. It ends with a call for a free Cloth Diapering in Manitoba booklet and a free diaper pattern from local offices.
