Little M Rodeo in Miniota Closes After 20 Years
After a Feb 23 meeting the Little M Rodeo in Miniota was cancelled due to waning community involvement. Fourteen voters led to dismantling the arena and ending a long local tradition as Manitoba rodeos shrink from twenty to five or six. The Manitoba Rodeo Cowboys Association aims to revive interest and expand activity in places like Selkirk and Brandon.
