Exterior security lighting for your home

Statistics show a well lit yard helps deter break ins by giving the impression of a watched area. Place fixtures from the house onto the yard covering entrances and walkways with two lamps and non harsh glare. Use photoelectric or timeclock controls and avoid colored lamps. Floodlights reveal texture and silhouettes and can be roof mounted or on poles for steps or patios. Contact Manitoba Hydro for more information.
