Norton's Sports Day Set With Horse Racing Saturday
Norton's Sports Day schedules a full program on Saturday June 21 including horse racing. The Decker community mourns six year old Florence Shivas who died from a head injury after a colt incident on Wednesday June 7 1939. Funeral from her grandmother Elizabeth Alexander's home Thursday with pallbearers Cecil Decker Ivan Baxter Robi Elliott and Robi Anderson. Reverend Ray J. Savage led services from Portage la Prairie.
