Manitoba Youth Job Centre opens for summer in Hamiota
The Manitoba Youth Job Centre held an open house May 24 in Hamiota to mark the centre's summer reopening. Mayor Al Robertson cut the ribbon with regional coordinator Sheila Rempel present. The program, in its 26th year, is sponsored by Manitoba Education, Training and Youth with the Town of Hamiota. The centre offers free resume help, job search and interview guidance, and connects students, youth and employers for summer work including odd jobs.
