Decker Farm Machinery Field Day Planned
Decker Crop Improvement Club hosts a field day at J Finkbeiner home three miles west of Decker on Monday June 14 at 1 pm. Event co sponsored by the Extension Service of the Manitoba Department of Agriculture. Fourteen WMS members attended the Presbyterial at Isabella and Mrs Smuttle spoke on Christian Stewardship.

W I Ladies Host Meeting and Local Visits
The Lavinia W I group met at Mrs. Bridge's home on June 3 with sixteen members. Reports from the Lenore W I convention impressed members. The district board elected Mrs. J W Stewart as a nominee. Hamiota W I Plans June Supper Meeting
The Hamiota Women’s Institute met in the Rest Room with Mrs. T Jasper presiding. They decided to hold a June supper meeting at which Mrs. Chambers will speak on shell collection for the school museum. Mrs. Jasper was appointed delegate to the Provincial Convention in Winnipeg.

Mrs. Wm. Nichol and Mrs. J. Ward praised the Lenore convention as the best in years. They announced plans to pack clothing for shipment at the Rest Room before month’s end. Clean clothing for all ages should be left at the Rest Room promptly. Mrs. A. Cummings chairs the committee. A luncheon concluded the June meeting.
