Blanshard Council approves road transfers and by laws
The June 26 special meeting of the RM Blanshard council chaired by Reeve W English reviewed By-Laws 91-12 and 91-13 with second and third readings. A large correspondence list covered road transfers, grants, finances, archives, weed district funding, and urban development topics. The council approved By-Laws 91-12 and 91-13, set a tractor rate, adjusted sewer and water hook-up charges, and approved disbursements totaling 96,547.66. The meeting adjourned at 4:30 pm with plans to reconvene August 13 1991.
