The Electors' Roll for 1939 is deposited in the Municipal Office and open for thirty days. Complaints may be lodged with the Clerk. The Council sits as a Revision Court on Monday August 7 1939 at pm in the Council Chamber Hamiota.
Hamiota United Church sets Sunday services with Rev T D Barnett pastor at 9 00 am and Rev E R Wilson preacher at 12 10 pm. Sunday School at 7 00 pm. Anniversary planned for October 1 and 2. Includes notices on fox meat from old horses and cows and contact Juckes and Gilroy.
Local residents and guests are listed visiting events in Hamiota and nearby areas. The Hamiota Horticultural Society Fair is announced with prize lists and a Hospital Ladies Aid thanks contributors and helpers. A farm for sale near McConnell Station Manitoba is offered at 20 per acre with terms.
