ACWW Canada Conference to Be Held in Vancouver
Agriculture Minister Bill Uruski awards a $4,000 grant to the Associated Country Women of the World Canada Conference Committee. The 17th triennial ACWW conference runs June 19 to 29 in Vancouver with delegates from about 70 countries. Manitoba Women’s Institute and Dugald Costume Museum will participate. prior 1983 grant to Manitoba Women’s Institute totaled $31,000.
