Five Huskies named to WHSHL All Star roster in Hamiota
The 1997 Westman High School Hockey League All-Star Game will be held in Hamiota on February 1. North division players Scott Irwin Ryan Sheridan Mark Knight Kelly Slimmon and Travis Goertzen will represent the Huskies alongside a full north roster. The event includes a banquet hosted by the Huskies with Chris Wallby of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers as keynote, a live broadcast by CJRB, raffles and a mascot contest, and a postgame MVP jacket presentation. Admission is 3 for adults 2 for students 1 for children 6 12.
