Revenue Canada Introduces Simpler T1 Short and T165 Forms
Revenue Canada unveils two new tax returns the T1 Short and the T165 Plus that require no calculations by filers. A revised T1 Special return drops to two pages, aimed at straightforward 1990 filings. The department urges evaluation of eligibility, noting many can use the new simple forms while others must still file the general return.
