The Rural Municipality of Blanshard held its December 11 1990 meeting in Oak River with all members present Reeve W Harvey English presiding The council approved minutes from the November meeting discussed road work brush clearing and a scrub cutter purchase It set 1991 tax sale date March 12 1991 and authorized multiple fund transfers and grants including support for local hockey and ambulance services It considered a feasibility study for a natural gas line and urged continuation of Community Calling services.
