After counseling, I observe that couple conversations show little value for each other. Harsh tones, hostility, blame, and unspoken messages erase warmth and trust. Defensiveness and interrupting indicate a need for ground rules and a referee to restore constructive dialogue.
The Kenton and District Business Association tracked a busy 1994 with events at the Kenton Dam including a March Fish Derby and a July 1 celebration. It supported a Harding Fair breakfast, July yard sale, and a second annual Trade Fair in November. The group planted trees on Woodworth Ave, installed a rentable sign near the hall, and invited ideas to improve the community.
The library will close on Tuesday February 21 for a full rotation of books. Patrons are asked to plan accordingly and expect limited access during the brief shutdown.
