Community events span Nov 24 to Dec 8 in Hamiota region. Chumah WMS raised 11 dollars per inch through nose-measuring games. Chumah YPS met 16 members with 4 visitors as Melford Kirk led citizenship talks. Western Workers' Club attended a 16-member gathering. multiple Christmas events planned including a 3-act play, euchre drive, and church services. The 40th annual session met in the Council Chamber with W. Mathison presiding.
