W I meeting in Lenore wraps April session and plans
The Women's Institute met at Maxine Routledge's home April 18 with 14 present. Donna George demonstrated friendly plastics and led a lively session. Minutes and treasurer’s report were read and adopted. A 85th birthday plant tribute, blood donor clinic notes, and upcoming anniversary tea were announced. Community projects include curtains for Lenore hall, books for a Winnipeg hospital, and tree planting.
