Blanshard Council Finalizes 1991 Budget in Special Meeting
The Rural Municipality of Blanshard held an eighth special meeting on April 2 1991 to finalize the 1991 budget. Council discussed the $25 000 transfer to Building Reserve to fund a new municipal hall with attached fire hall in Oak River and considered withdrawing up to $195 000 from the reserve with ministerial approval.
