Blanshard council meeting approves 1991 budget and actions
The Rural Municipality of Blanshard held its sixth meeting April 9 1991 with all members present. The council adopted prior minutes, discussed fire protection and road projects, approved tax levy by law 91 11 and five year capital program, set September 30 1991 as tax due date with 11 4 percent monthly penalty, and authorized attendance at regional conventions and seminars.
