Village Council Minutes March 5 1949 Hamiota meeting
Council met in the Council Chamber with Mayor Venables presiding. By Law No 237 received first second and third readings to fund hospital district capital expenditures. Funding gaps noted as unfillable. Tenders called for a 1000 feet concrete sidewalk. Fire Brigade to attend Winnipeg Fire School. Marshall-Chambers Parks Board representation appointed. Finance report approved with cheques totaling 673.92. Council adjourned.
