Train Service Grievances Meet CPR Superintendent
The Board of Trade hosted a meeting with CPR division superintendent Mr McGregor to discuss passenger service. Local businessmen pressed for a later morning departure from Miniota and shorter Brisbane to Winnipeg travel, but McGregor said only minor changes to Brandon departure times might be possible. The town criticized CPR for promising action without delivering real changes, noting a long history of unmet requests.
