Last Wednesday in McConnell's Hall the 3 act farce The Cat Came Back delighted attendees. Performers all played their parts admirably and audiences praised the show. It will be repeated next Monday night in the same hall.
The Ham iota Curling Club will hold its annual meeting in the Orange Hall on Saturday April 16 at 7 30 p m. The session includes regular business and officer elections followed by a social evening. Manitoba Curling Association members may attend, including Ab Gowanlock and the 1938 Dominion champions. WM T Andrew, Sec Treas.

A farewell party for the Aird family was held March 24 with about eighty five friends. Court Whist dominated the early evening. Mrs A Beamish read an address for a farewell gift. Mr Aird gave a reply and Mrs Skinner presented items. Shackleford takes over the store and postmaster duties on April 1. Church attendance was good. Mrs Percy Taylor sang The Holy City. The service closed with God Be With You Till We Meet Again for the Aird family and Mrs Taylor.
