Rev S A Martin leads a united morning service in Knox Church and an evening service in Zion Church with further meetings at Zion Church during the week. Oakner hosts preaching at 2 pm, banday school at 3 pm, Mootia Sunday School at 2 30, and a 3 30 pm preaching service.
Reverend T B Butler invites parishioners to join Good Friday and Easter Sunday services including Holy Communion and morning and afternoon worship. Special music and anthems planned. members urged to attend at least one Easter service.
Zion and Knox churches host a week of united services directed by Rev D J Craig. Easter programs and missionary offering planned at 7 PM Sunday, with Sunday School at 2 PM and a 3 PM service. Evening prayer sessions begin 7:30 PM in Zion parlors followed by 8 PM auditorium service.
Mrs Phillips and Miss Cumming attended a Mission Band concert in Channal and enjoyed it. Mr E Mark returned to Crandall for the summer. A Foresters service Sunday evening drew a large crowd and marked the lodge twenty fifth anniversary on March 25. Mrs Robert Pearce of Brandon visited Crandall relatives. Arthur Coupe took charge of a garage at Elphin stone for the summer. The Womens Institute met with Miss Crandall and Miss Douglas reporting on Rural Womans Short Course work. Edith Smeaton was seen in the childrens hospital during a city visit.
Mr Joseph Snyder of Conquest renews acquaintances in town as skating and curling return with two Isabella ladies rinks skipping to four games each against Crandall ladies. Banquet follows at the boarding house. Mrs Warren and Mrs Robus lead Crandall visitors. Town residents adjust to Easter holidays and church union.

It also presents Raymond Thompson’s In the Big Woods of Canada and Bryan Williams Breezes from the West, plus regular outdoor life departments.
